When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 4pm and 10pm. Check-out is by 11am. Our team will contact you a few days before your arrival to confirm your check-in time.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations that occur up to 8 days before arrival incur no penalty and receive a full refund. Within 8 days of arrival, no refunds are issued. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

Can I pay with a credit card?
If you’d like to save your cash for souvenirs, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and CartaSi.

Can I bring my pet?
While we love animals, we strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests. For that reason, we do not allow pets.

Can my children come along?
We welcome guests of all ages, including children. Upon request, cots are available for children up to 3 years old.

Where do I park?
Street parking is readily available for both cars and scooters.

How do I get around the area?
Everything you need is within walking distance of AlMar Apartments, including the beach, restaurants, and shopping, so driving isn’t necessary. In order to explore more of the island, we recommend either driving or utilizing the public transit systems (train and bus).
